Divorce Support Group
“Letting go doesn’t mean that you don’t care about someone anymore. It’s just realizing that the only person you really have control over is yourself.”
Going through a divorce is a loss of someone significant in your life and it is important to have support during this time and be reminded that you are not alone in this process. The structure of the group is very collaborative and consists of psychoeducation about the stages of divorce, co-parenting, and promoting self-growth and self-esteem as an individual on your journey. I help empower the members to understand their own role, find their new identify, heal, and transform from where they are and where do they want to be and how to overcome any obstacle of what is getting in the way.
