What To Expect
A typical life coaching session includes:
Identifying the client’s life vision
Reviewing their program goals
Creating the agenda for the session
Exploring homework and assignments from the previous week
Setting goals for the next sessions
Sessions are typically 60 minutes
Pricing Packages
$660 - 1 month package (4 sessions a month/1 hour sessions)
$1,881- 3 month package (12 sessions /1 hour sessions)
$60 per person for 90-minute group session (6-week group)
