What To Expect

A typical life coaching session includes:

  • Identifying the client’s life vision

  • Reviewing their program goals

  • Creating the agenda for the session

  • Exploring homework and assignments from the previous week

  • Setting goals for the next sessions

  • Sessions are typically 60 minutes

Pricing Packages

  • $660 - 1 month package (4 sessions a month/1 hour sessions)

  • $1,881- 3 month package (12 sessions /1 hour sessions)

  • $60 per person for 90-minute group session (6-week group)
